About US

Mikhael’s Café was founded over 25 years ago, and Daniel Eichar fulfilled his dream of owning a restaurant when he became the new owner in 2013.  Daniel is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts and has worked as a Corporate Food and Beverage Director and Head Chef in high-end hotel restaurants for many years. He loves to cook and is always experimenting with food and recipes that his staff is more than willing to try. Daniel and his partner have been together for over 24 years and love living here in North Carolina with their dog, Benji.

Contact Us

Here are a few things you can do on this page–

  1. Send us comments, suggestions, a good joke or two (but keep it clean people!)
  2. Have an event you need to cater? Let us know, and we can send you information via email or give you a call. Your choice.
  3. Want to know what our specials are? Just write “email list” and you’ll be among the first to know what we’ve got cooking. By the way, we don’t like spam either (the kind in the tin and the kind that floods your in-box)  so we don’t share, sell, or otherwise distribute our email list. We promise.
  4. Last but not least — please do not email your orders. We don’t read our emails during breakfast and lunch time! But we do read our faxes. So feel free to fax your orders in to us during normal business hours.
